But before that you have to make sure that the fat is considered as good fat. You can get good fats from specific ingredients such as olive oil, avocado, salmon, walnuts, and many more. It is a must to do and although it looks simple but those foods with good fats can prevent you from heart disease.

Before cooking your food at home, it is better to know the best way to cook it. For example, if you want to cook vegetables, it means you have to sauté and steam those vegetables. You are not allowed to fry those vegetables in high heat even if you cook it with olive oil. Cooking the vegetables in the right way can keep the nutrients and later your body can absorb it maximally. It is also necessary for you to serve a plate of 5 colors vegetables and fruits.

For your reference, you can just serve blackberries, melon, spinach, tomatoes, and zucchini. It will be useless if you don’t do it regularly. For that reason, just prepare it everyday and you can feel the result within a week. Just make it as your eating lifestyle and you will get long positive impact from it.
